Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@busybubs.com.au

We can only cancel or change an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are handled in line with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy as required by law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
